Have you ever had a moment when you’ve cried out for help?
When you’ve been so burnt out by a medical or life crisis that you’ve sought guidance?
I think deep down we believe it would be easier to deal with our problems by ourself, rather than going to God. To use our own coping methods rather than seeking his guidance.
That’s called humanness.
However, we can’t hide from God. He knows our heart better than anyone else, as every good Father does.
This is why we can humbly go to Him, in awe of the great forgiveness he offers for seeking to figure out things on our own – before coming to Him.
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.Psalm 12:12
Let us pray: God, I trust that Your help will be what I need, because You know best. You not only formed me, You created the world I live in, how it works and everything in it. What I bring to You isn’t new, You have already accorded it with Your will before I even ask.
Today I am praying for the patience with myself and the confidence to follow in His footsteps by choosing to use my uncomfortable circumstances for my good. I am praying to become the person He wants me to be.
And I promise to pray the same thing for you, too.
hugs n’ blessings for all those who trust the Father knows best.
