it’s the monday giggles…
Cuppycake & I were bitten by the Influenza B bug.
This left us homebound with little desire to peel ourselves from the sick-ward we’d set up in our keeping room.
For days we wished for a Blizzard to magically show up at our door.
But as I wrote about the other day…be careful what you pray for!
Instead of the Dairy Queen sort of blizzard we fantasized magically being delivered –
we received MORE of the white fluffy stuff that’s already been falling from the skies…
FOR MONTHS!!
hugs n’ blessings to all the people wearing flip-flops to Church, despite the additional inches of snow that fell!

Yes, looking forward to Spring (finally) arriving and moving off the couch together. You definitely don’t share the blankets very well! Giggles!

Thoughts and prayers. Hope indeed for a quick recovery for you both. Waiting for Spring must be such a great anticipatory ‘JOY’ in your hemisphere. We seem to simply slide from one Season to the other although this year here Summer does not seem to want to go away. Even cyclones! Isn’t it a great comfort to KNOW that our God is ever constant what ever the outside chaos. I loved the image of folk going to church in flip flops. Sound appropriate when the weather is ‘uncertain’. Blessings! Love the joy in your shared blanket image.
