the fruits of our labors!

it’s the monday giggles…

Sometimes I get tired of being the better person.

One day I’d like to be the B.A.

(bad apple)

they say I am!

“The effects of kindness are not always seen immediately.  Sometimes it takes years until your kindness will pay off, and is returned to you.  And sometimes you never see the fruits of your labors, but they are there, deep inside of the soul of the one you touched.”

Matt Kelly

“and let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works,”

Hebrews 10:24

May you always remember the

Rules for Doing Good:

Do all the good you can,

In all the ways you can,

To all the people you can,

In every place you can,

At all the times you can,

As long as ever you can!

“Show yourself in all respects a model of good deeds, and in your teaching show integrity, gravity,  and sound speech that cannot be censured, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say of us.”  Titus 2:7-8

hugs n’ blessings to all the fruit farmers (out there)…may your harvest be bountiful, despite any inclement weather you may have along the way!

  1. What an interesting addition to your fun blog. The inclement weather which disrupts production of farmers surely disrupts us as Christians when we ‘react’ and realize later LOVE would have been the better answer and patience is replaced by storms. Today I have had failures already. (confession and forgiveness are like the gentle rain to nurture fruit along the way). Blessings and love to you.

    1. Such a beautiful reply Faye and I so appreciate the ‘gentle rain’ of confession & forgiveness…what a beautiful reminder and how necessary to continue growth. Thank you & a ‘bushel’ of hugs & blessings have been picked for you!

  2. You’re right, I’d like to think that the good I do is for God and i know He would be pleased with me. I always get more when I do good because I’d like to thing that God bestows the goodness. Hugs and blessings to you ❤
