it’s the monday giggles….

Perhaps you’ve heard…
I’ve been traveling The Road to Recovery these past many weeks.
That’s because 2019 literally ended with a BANG!
SERIOUSLY.
Into a telephone pole.
The good news is…the telephone pole lost.
As a result, I have been spending the beginning of this NEW year working on trying to reset my life physically and mentally – back to the point of feeling normal again.
My injuries have provided lots of down-time to reflect,
to be introspective,
and to work at strengthening myself ~
body, mind and soul!

Here are just a few of the important things I’ve compiled for this
“strength-training”
I’ve designed for myself
AND
they come with an OPEN INVITATION to join me, should you feel compelled to strengthen your own self, too!

(REPEAT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.)
Pray even more and with greater passion.
Don’t sit on the couch and wait for life to happen.
Go out.
Make a change.
Smile more.
Be excited!
Do new things.
Throw away anything resembling cluttering.
Say goodbye, (while wearing your new persistent smile,) to negative people.
*This includes the passive-aggressive ones.
Go to bed early.
Wake up early.
Be fierce.
Don’t EVER engage in – nor permit – gossip to happen in your presence.
Show more gratitude.
Do things that are challenging.
Be brave.

And remember,
(should you care to join me,)
the VERY good news behind this 2020 action list is :
none of these items require, in any manner, the need for
Kale!

hugs and blessings to all my plant eating friends; but most especially, to all those who have been supportively walking this “Road to Recovery” with me!
Kale is gross!

Dear One,(I have missed your blogs).
I had not realised that you were indeed walking a new path of recovery in 2020. My prayer is that you can take on board all the ‘stuff’ that may be marketed to restore you. Find out for yourself what is beneficial and helpful and gently discard the rest. Peace and Presence of God as well as eating less will be beneficial. Most of all nurture your spirit in EVERY WAY and let God the Holy Spirit be your Guide even in the food and other physical needs.. Nurture you spirit and somehow, and I know this to be TRUE all of your body, soul and spirit are made better in His Presence. Reading the Psalms each day (only one) How the Lord can speak to you words of encouragement regarding . ALL THING. Blessings and Love F.xx
