Ready to Converse

Lent is the season in which we focus on moral correction, aligning ourselves with the commandments of Jesus.

They are summed up in loving God with all one’s might and loving one’s neighbor as one’s self.

Jesus details what this means in various contexts in the Lenten gospels.

And He wills to heal our blindness to our sins, especially those habitual sins we rationalize or despair of amending.

Jesus, God among us, through his glory was willing to die for us.

How often have we thanked Him for this?

it’s monday…but no giggles today (well, maybe just a few.)

Hugs & blessings has been quiet as of late.

But, I do hope to be more present very soon.

Recovering from an auto-accident I’ve spent this Advent Season

healing,

grieving,

and

appreciating all the grace I’ve received during this period of convalescing.

“You know what time it is, how it is now the moment for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we became believers, the night is far gone, the day is near.” Romans 13: 11-12
