On October 20th I will celebrate a One Year Anniversary of beginning the pursuance of a Dream!

A silly creative dream!

A dream I am still living out & enjoying.

Could I really be so brave to be so silly?

Um, YES!!

*Yes to being silly. Still unsure about receiving the lion’s reward of a bravery-badge.

I’m practicing how to be courageous.

And let me tell you, “It’s hard!

So I’ve let go of false expectation and instead I’ve just started to be, as Christ invites us, as a child again.

At that time the disciples approached Jesus and said, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” He called a child over, placed it in their midst, and said, “Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.  And whoever receives one child such as this in my name receives me.

Matthew 18: 1-5

…like a child standing at the edge of the water – knees bent, fingers pinched over my nose, prepared to leap off feet first with one enthusiastic JUMP!

…who wonders, “Will water sneak up my nose?”

“Will my toes touch the bottom?”

“Will I make a big splash?”

…yet is surprisingly okay that

I DON’T KNOW!
